Cancellation Policy

 

Credit card is required only to hold the appointment.  Your card will not be charged until the service is completed or you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment or you do not cancel your appointment within the 24-hour required window.

All cancellations must be done by phone. We do not accept cancellations by email or text message.

PLEASE NOTE: You may cancel your appointment at any time up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment; free of charge. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
